華星東方公司承建的昆明市西山區(qū)城市生活垃圾焚燒發(fā)電改擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目煙氣凈化工程于2022年8月29日通過(guò)72+24小時(shí)試運(yùn)行。
The flue gas cleaning project undertaken by Huaxing for Xishan, Kunming waste incineration power plant's reorganization and expansion passed 72+24 hours trial operation on August 29, 2022.
該項(xiàng)目原有3x500t/d生活垃圾焚燒處理線，采用流化床爐焚燒工藝。煙氣凈化系統(tǒng)為我司EPC承建。本期建設(shè)規(guī)模1x750 t/d生活垃圾焚燒處理線。煙氣處理采用“SNCR+旋轉(zhuǎn)噴霧半干法＋消石灰噴射＋活性炭噴射＋袋式除塵+飛灰輸送、儲(chǔ)存及穩(wěn)定化工藝”，亦為我司EPC工程。
The plant had 3x500 t/d waste incineration lines which adopted fluidized bed furnace process. The FGC system is constructed by Huaxing as EPC project. The plant-expansion will build 1x750 t/d waste incineration line. The FGC will apply the process of SNCR + rotary spray semi-dry + slaked lime injection + activated carbon injection + bag filter + fly ash conveying, storage and stabilization. It is also Huaxing's EPC project.
